We take a great care in packing orders to avoid any damage during transit. However, accidents can happen.

If you receive a package that is broken on delivery, we would be happy to give you a replacement once sufficient proof of damaged item is submitted. Please send us a video proof while unboxing the content at contactus@ethereallove.in within 48 hours of the delivery in order to action this further.

All sales are final, when you purchase an item from our store, you accept that all items are handmade and may feature minor imperfections. Orders delivered in good condition is considered fulfilled and cannot be exchanged.
